Andrea (aka Andy) is ALL about getting loved on! With an adorable and welcoming meow, Andrea will be sure to welcome you home every day. She spends her visits with people at the adoption center giving headbutts and enjoying being pet on and brushed at length. Not a fan of other cats, she wants you all to herself. Are you ready for the love?
Angel is such a quiet, gentle, laid back kitty. He was brought to the shelter by a community cat caretaker who noticed he was wounded. He is very sweet, outgoing and was being bullied by the feral cats. His caretaker reported that he seems to have a hard time living outside and appears to be a previously owned cat who was put out on the street. Angel is an absolute love, rolling over for belly rubs and purring up a storm. He would make a wonderful addition to any family.

Clyve has lived a rough existence so far. He was found abandoned in his carrier on the side of the road. He felt a bit better after a bath, but he needs a kind-hearted person to take him in and help him recover fully. When you go and visit him, he perks up for head scratches, and you can tell he appreciates you being there. We will write more as we get to know him.
Daisy is a loving girl who likes to hang out by your side or by a window/door where she can look outside and sun bathe. When you open the window she is right there watching everything that is going on outside. She is a little shy at first but warms up once you show her love and attention. She would prefer to have all of your attention to herself although she can live with other laid back kitties like herself.
Eliza is a 5 year old tortie who is full of life. She will melt your heart. She is talkative, always wanting love and attention. More info coming soon!
Jingles is a docile, shy, reserved and very sweet cat. She is looking for a new home because she doesn't get along with the dogs in the home. She takes a while to warm up to people. She enjoys scratches under her chin and top of her head. She likes to scratch cardboard corrugated boxes. Jingles enjoys the laser toy and selective small cloth toys--sometimes filled with catnip. Jingles has consistently had good litter box etiquette. She can be quite talkative at times, especially on or before feeding time.

Hi! My name is Lucky. I am a white domestic short hair boy cat with distinctive black markings on my head and back and a black tail, and I am looking for a new home. I am healthy and my shots are up to date and I even had my teeth cleaned recently!
My last person originally adopted me from Fancy Cats and even though she loves me like crazy and calls me her best bud she sadly had to return me to Fancy Cats - she has to move to another state now and find a new job. Won’t you please consider adopting me?
Here are some things that I hope will make you love me -
Not only do I have a great personality I am also a very handsome boy! I think I have a happy-go-lucky, carefree attitude about life. I like to know what’s going and be where the action is. Sometimes when dinner is on the stove I jump onto the very top of the kitchen cupboards so I can keep track of things. I love sitting on a high cat tree, especially one near a window, but I also like to have a comfy bed on the floor to call my own. Even though I am in indoor cat I enjoy sitting on a screened porch in the sunshine and watching the birds and squirrels. Like many cats, I also like to climb inside boxes, but they have to fit me just right. If you give me one that doesn’t fit I just might make it fit by biting off the sides! I’m silly that way. I also love a good fitting basket to sit in.
Even though everyone knows I am just a cuddly baby, I would prefer to be considered the alpha male of the house. I have a tendency to play a bit rough, (although I don’t realize it) so very timid cats might consider me a threat, but I like to play, and seriously, I just want to have a good time. I kind of think I might enjoy being the only cat in the house, but I can tolerate others. I am ok being around older kids but I don't like dogs at all, but in general I like being around people.
For dinner I like my canned turkey Wellness the best and I like to snack on a healthy dry food, maybe a bit too much because I am a teeny bit chubby right now. I am not very fond of fishy food. Sometimes I eat all of the food at mealtime so the girl cats in the house cannot have any and then all that extra food comes right back up, so you don’t want to let me eat too much. LOL! Temptations treats are the only treats I like, and then only if you throw them across the room for me to catch. That is a lot of fun. Sometimes I catch them before they fall to the floor! It is also fun to run from one end of the house to the other, jumping on the windowsills and giving loud meows! I also lovvvve me some catnip!
Once I trust you I love to head butt and snuggle. I can purr really loud. I like to sleep on the end of your bed at night, and sometimes when I get lonely I like to snuggle up really close. I can be very snuggly, and then other times I just want to sleep by myself. There are just so many interesting things to learn about me - please come and meet me and consider making me your forever friend! Love always, Lucky.
My name is Lucy and I desperately want to be with a cat. My current family loves me very much, but they had two cats when they took me in. And even after a year I guess those two just don’t like having me in their house. I really need to be somewhere that I can be the kitty queen of the house. Unfortunately I am in competition for the laps and their other two cats really don’t care for that at all. My family has to keep us separated, and that isn’t very fun. I am a chatty kitty if you talk to me I talk back. I LOVE catnip, head rubs, warm laps, big cozy kitty beds, and cat trees. And I will catch the red dot one of these days!
Maurice is a dashing fella who loves to snuggle. He is laid back, easy going, and quite the gentleman. Maurice was found as a stray and brought to the shelter by animal control. More info coming soon!
Micah is an incredibly sweet and easy going lady, with huge green eyes that just melt the heart. Her family was heartbroken at having to give her up and now she is looking for a new family who can return all the love she has to give. She loves being petted and will hold her head up so you can scratch her under the chin. She loves to be near her humans so will sit beside you and occasionally crawl in your lap, but she is not a cuddler. One of her favorite past times is to nap the day away on her human’s bed or in a sunny window, and if you take a nap during the day, she will join you. However she is still playful and enjoys playing fetch, and trying to catch lasers and strings. She’s also great at stalking any stink bugs or spiders that may sneak in. She has been in a home with other cats but would thrive as an only cat or with a laid back pal since she likes to be the boss. Micah tolerates the dogs in her foster home though she'd rather not play with them. She has a history of bladder stones, but as long as she has access to fresh running water and wet food, she stays healthy. She is well trained to use her scratching posts and does not attack curtains or furniture. She could be your perfect companion!
Renly is a handsome and loving gentleman. He is a very sweet boy who absolutely loves attention. He is a social eater and wants attention before he eats his dinner but he will scarf it down while you watch! He is a lazy "Garfield" of a cat who loves butt scratches and the occasional belly rub. He is a bit shy at our adoption center, but you can tell he loves people and just needs some time to come out of his shell. When he is in a home he will open up and has total lap-cat potential! Give this sweet boy a chance to show you what a great companion he will be!
Natalie was rescued from a high-kill shelter at the last moment. She is a beautiful Turkish Van mix girl. She is a nice calm cat. She is good with kids. She would be okay with a gentle cat who would leave her alone, but she doesn't like dogs.
Oscar is a pure white Oriental shorthair mix with stunning green eyes! He is sweet and can purr as loud as a motor. He is a bit on the skinny side so needs to be fattened up. Oscar was surrendered to us by his owner after they became allergic to him. The owner did state that he was not fond of being picked up (we will second that) and he would prefer a home with no dogs.
When you meet Pete, it will be love at first sight! He is so friendly and outgoing. He will immediately start talking to you and purring and headbutting. He will let you hold him and carry him around like a baby. He loves relaxing on your lap and will tuck his head into your elbow. He was not even overwhelmed at the busy, loud shelter when he was there, he is just that great. He lived in the same home for many years with two other cats, and was given up when his family moved overseas. He is blind and has been recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, which is easily managed with a pill twice a day, which he takes like a champ! Please give this sweet, amazing boy a chance.

Snowball, who is called Princess Snow (after the character on the show Once Upon a Time) by her foster family, is a beautiful girl who is all white, with one yellow and one blue eye. She loves to be brushed and petted. She is very low key and independent, just needs a place to curl up on (of course, preferably a lap, or laptop!). She is no trouble at all and barely noticeable. She has EXCELLENT litter box manners, and no digestive issues. She is deaf, but she doesn't let her stop her! It can be hard to get her attention and her meow is a bit loud (she can't hear herself!) She loves to be with her foster family's little children (it probably helps that she can't hear them!) and would do great with young kids who are respectful/comfortable with cats. She is the perfect family cat! She reacts to signs and I think would be able to learn some "sign language." The only possible downside to Princess Snow she has is she is NOT good with other animals, so she has to be an only pet. Princess Snow is looking for either an adopter or a permanent foster home, where you would be responsible for every day expenses and lots of love, but Fancy Cats pays for all medical expenses. Please contact us if you have any questions about being a permanent foster home, or about this beautiful girl!
Prissy is a very loving girl. She likes to be near you and does fine with other dogs and cats. She starts purring as soon as you say her name. She loves people.
Sam’s owner died and none of the relatives wanted to take him so he ended up with Fancy Cats. It says in his file that he loves to be petted and treated like a baby and the way he curls up and snuggles against you really is like a baby. Right now he’s very shy and unwilling to make eye contract but will make biscuits when you pet him, and he’s becoming more outgoing every day.
Shadow is an older gentleman who was surrendered because his owner became ill. He is a sweet, loving boy who is still pretty active. More info coming soon!
Skittles is a sweet solid black DSH female. Skittles was one of multiple animals that came from a cruelty case where the animals were not properly cared for. This does not stop her; she is very loving and begs for attention! If you have wet food, forget it, you are best friends! Skittles is a bit on the skinny side at 5.6 pounds so she will need assistance on plumping up. She also likes to give love nips when she gets a little too much attention. We are working on that though! We will write more as we get to know her.
Stanley is super affectionate! He will follow you around until you pay attention to him! Like his sister Muffin he was surrendered by their owner and have been together since they were kittens. He also has lived with dogs which the owner states he LOVES dogs! More info coming soon!
Tommy came from the shelter. There is no information about his background, but we would really like to know where this wonderful cat has been for five years, and why on earth anyone ever gave him up? Someone obviously took excellent care of him and treated him with kindness; he’s very handsome and his black coat is so glossy that it looks like patent leather. He’s everything a cat should be: friendly, affectionate, playful, curious, intelligent, easy-going. He would make a fantastic family pet.
Tommy Girl is an independent kitty - she may take a bit longer to come out of her shell and show how sweet and loving she really is. She loves Temptations treats and Friskies wet food, and sitting on the top of her cat tree. Her owner passed away and left a house full of animals. She was rescued after about 6 months and was very thin and scared. She is looking for someone to love her unconditionally and show her the world is a safe place. She would prefer a quieter home with no small kids. She gets along well with other gentle cats.
Trixie is on the shier side, but is very sweet. She loves being held and brushed - she will even show her belly for brushing. She is looking for a quieter home. More info coming soon!
