Lost Pets
Fancy Cats Rescue Team is happy to help lost pets find their way home. If you have recently lost a pet, please write to the Fancy Cat Webmaster with details about the pet (pictures help; we will edit them for the Web), when the loss occurred, and any other relevant information. Please note that we will remove postings between three and six months after they go up on the Web site. Please notify us if you find your pet before your listing is removed.
Lost - Tonka
Our cat Tonka was last seen on Jan 2nd in the Saratoga neighborhood off of Rolling Rd. in Springfield. He is a 13 year old Himalayan breed, a 'ragdoll'. His front paws are declawed, and he has a little nick on his right ear. He is loving, but grumpy and always hungry. And we miss him. !REWARD!

Lost - Josie
Josie has been missing since 04 Nov 2008, from the vicinity of the Saratoga housing area in Springfield. She is an indoor cat and we are very worried about her. She escaped and has not been seen since. She is a 3 year old calico, very friendly but probably scared. Please email us at shalomamc@gmail.com. Reward for her return home.
Lost - Pickles
Pickles is a 2 year old female (spayed) brown, gray and black tabby and is on the small-ish side. She is skittish, but loves food. She was last seen on 11/10/2008 at Burke Shire Commons Apartments (Burke Commons Drive and Roberts Parkway). We miss her very much.

Lost - Caddy
We are devasted after our solid gray Russian Blue crept out an open door to the outdoors. He (Caddy) has never been outside and we are more than worried. We live in the Greenway Downs area of Falls Church---off of Lee Highway. Please help. We are offering a $100 reward. Missing since 9/18.

Lost - Peaches
My cat has been missing for a few weeks, but I have not given up hope. He is a neutered male and his name is Peaches. He is medium to long haired with an orange or buff color coat with white paws, chest and nose. He has yellow/gold eyes. He is approximately 8 or so years old. He is medium sized between 9-14 lbs, but may appear larger because of his fluffy coat. He has his claws and is not microchipped and he doesn't have a collar. He was lost in Anne Arundel County, the Glen Burnie area, but he could be far from home as he may have jumped in a moving/delivery truck or someone passing through could have picked him up.

Zazu was last seen on May 3, 2008 at 9:30 am. He disappeared from Hunter Mill Road/Hunter Station Road, near W/OD Bike Path in Vienna, VA. There were quite a few vehicles around that day and Zazu has a propensity to climb into cars and is very social.

Lost - Gellie
She was last seen the night of March 20, 2008 in Reston. She is a Red Spotted Tabby (orange tabby) with yellowy/orangey/coppery eyes. She is spayed.
She enjoys her routines and coming home. She began life outdoors so she is street savvy. (would not adjust to being an indoor only cat) Maybe she was too curious and is locked in a shed or garage. We love and miss her very much.

Lost after December 18, 2007 in the Drainsville / Sugar Land Road area.
His name is Sam, he's a black short haired with four white feet, chest and belly with white stripe on right hind leg. He's a neutered male, 3 + years old, about 14 pounds.

Lost - CINNAMON
Her name is CINNAMON; she is sandy colored and has a watery eye. She was last seen on Quartermaster Lane on Christmas Eve.
She is very friendly and talkative, and will approach strangers but does not like to be picked up.

Lost - Woody
He left the house in the Cedar Lakes / Fair Oaks area of Fairfax / on September 2nd and hasn't returned. We suspect he traveled too far and can't remember how to get home.
He's a neutered male, 11 years old, about 16 lbs.
